shamans and raid healing?

i heard that chain lighting is a very effective healing spell in raids where fighting is close knit saying they can be exceptionally powerful raid healers?

does anyone know or has ayone heard anything else about thier raid healing potential.

Well i was resto spec when we started raiding and didnt like it. I much prefer to heal with a priest. Cant say why i didnt like it? Maybe its just my style who knows?
